Waikiki Aquarium. If you really want to get up close to the native wildlife, head over to the Waikiki Aquarium, the nation’s third oldest public establishment dedicated to the study and preservation of aquatic life. Located on a living reef, Waikiki Aquarium is managed by the University of Hawaii, so visitors will be sure to enjoy an educational as well as fun experience.
