Meet Bosco

This is Bosco, the former mascot of the Aqua Coconut Plaza (now the Best Western Coconut Waikiki Hotel). Bosco was taken from the lobby in June 2008 by a guest/prankster, who planned to walk around Waikiki with the stuffed gorilla and then return it. However, the guest returned empty-handed, apologized profusely and explained that he was accosted by a large group of people and they stole Bosco from him.

We receive occasional reports of Bosco sightings, including at a car wash in Kailua and a furniture store in Aiea.

He’s not yet on the sides of any milk cartons, but if you see Bosco, please report it to Best Western Coconut Waikiki Hotel!
