Have one on us – Aqua’s Signature Drinks

Most hotels in our Boutique Collection hold weekly manager’s receptions that feature a signature cocktail. We know it’s not always possible to fly to Honolulu to get a free drink, but all is not lost! Check out the simple recipes below so you can enjoy a tropical Aqua signature drink at home:

What: Bamboozle Where: Aqua Bamboo & Spa, outer sanctuary When: Thursday evenings from 5-6 How: 1. Pour the following over ice:Passion Orange Guava Nectar 3 fl ozPineapple Juice 2 fl ozMalibu Coconut Caribbean Rum 3 fl ozMidori Melon Liqueur 1 fl oz, Pineapple Juice 2 fl oz2. Stir and garnish with 2 Orchids Enjoy!
What: Cocotini Where: Coconut Waikiki Hotel, lobby (test your Nintendo Wii skills after a Cocotini!) When: Thursday evenings from 5-6 How: 1. Fill shaker with ice2. Combine the following:3 Shots of Malibu Coconut Rum2 Shots of Sprite3. Shake Vigorously4. Pour into Martini Glass 5. Top with a splash of Grenadine Enjoy!
What: Lio Kai (Hawaiian for “sea horse) Where: The Equus When: Tuesday evenings from 5-6 How: Ingredients:juice of 1 lime1 tbsp sugarcouple leaves of mint (muddle mixture)fill cup with icepour four counts of white rum a dash of soda water on top Mix together and enjoy!
What: The Sway Where: Aqua Palms & Spa, pool deck When: Thursday evenings from 5-6 How: Ingredients:2 ounce armaretto2 ounce midori2 ounce triple sec4 ounce sweet sourPineapple juice In a shaker put ice & fill halfway with pineapple juice, add rest of ingredients, shake and pour over ice in cup! Garnish with a pineapple spear! Makes 2-3 sways, depending on the size of your cup!
What: Wipeout Where: Aqua Aloha Surf & Spa, pool/lobby When: Wednesday evenings from 5-6 How: 1. Fill 2/3 ice in a cocktail cup2. Pour 1 oz. vodka3. Pour 1 oz. blue curacao4. Pour 2 oz. pineapple juice5. Top off with .5 oz of cream of coconut (coco lopez)Enjoy!
