I visited last October. The staff were exceeding friendly, giving advice cheerfully, but the #1 reason I would return to the Coconut Aqua was their honesty. I had lost a valuable ring I had just bought and left heartsick, knowing I would never see the ring again. Imagine my surprise to hear a phone message upon my return home from the manager. The next guest had found my ring and the manager, after determining it was mine, mailed it to me. I am foreever greatful to the honest staff @ the Coconut Aqua and plan on returning.

The number one service I would like to have is quality travel advice from staff and a genuine desire to help. For example, I will be a first time traveler to both Hawaii and Waikiki. if I have limited time and a limited budget, it would be nice to be able to talk to somebody who would let me know whether it would be advantageous to rent a car with a short time span, the best things to see on one part of the island so as to make the best use of my time, etc. The ability to direct me to the best deals and unique Hawaii experiences would really make my trip extra special. I hope to find this during my visit this upcoming week!
