Thank you to everyone at Bamboo for making our stay in Hawaii so special. After checking into the resort we were booked into for the week and being disgusted with the room and the service at the hotel it was so refreshing to come to Bamboo and be treated with the courtesy, friendliness and respect that you all showed us. It turned our week around dramatically and we were always happy to get back to the hotel rather than dreading it.
